Returns Policy
At Bubbles and Skins, our products are carefully crafted personal care formulations. Due to their nature, we uphold a strict no-return policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered. A replacement may be considered only in the rare case of:
- Manufacturing Defects
- Transit Damage
- Leakage
- Incorrect Product Delivered
To maintain transparency and fairness, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for any claim. The video must clearly capture:
- The sealed package
- The opening process in one continuous frame
- The issue observed
Claims without valid video evidence will not be eligible for review.

Your message must include the following details:
- Order Number
- Nature of the complaint — a brief description of the issue
- Unboxing video — recorded in one continuous frame, clearly showing the sealed package, the opening process, and the issue
- Batch details — must be clearly visible in the video or supporting images, without which the claim cannot be processed
Depending on the nature of your complaint, the following additional evidence is required:
- Leaking, broken, or damaged product — clear images or video of the unsealed, leaking, or broken product, along with images or video of any spillage. Images of both the mono-carton and shipping carton packaging are also required.
- Empty package, missing product, or wrong product delivered — clear images or video of the empty, faulty, or incorrectly delivered product, along with images or video of the mono-carton and shipping carton packaging.
Once all required details are received, our team will take up to 2 working days to review and revert on your complaint. Incomplete submissions or those lacking valid evidence will not be eligible for review.
Approved claims may be resolved through:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Store credit, at our discretion
In the case of store credit, a voucher will be issued in your name with a validity of 1 month. Replacements or store credits will be processed within 5–7 business days of claim approval.
We do not offer cash refunds. All decisions made by Bubbles and Skins after reviewing the submitted evidence shall be final.
If a replacement is approved, you will be notified with an authorization number and reverse pick-up details. Approved replacement will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
The product must be sent back to us in its original packaging, with the original invoice attached to the parcel. The invoice must clearly mention:
- Name and address of the customer
- Order number
- Contents of the package
Additionally, please share a copy of the above document along with images of the reverse pick-up consignment (both inside and outside packaging) with our customer care representative via email or WhatsApp.
Once the package is received at our warehouse, the replacement order will be processed within 24 hours, and you will be informed of the new consignment tracking details.
Shipping Policy

Each order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment confirmation.
Your order will typically reach you within 4–5 business days from dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, courier networks and unforeseen circumstances.
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping as part of select promotions.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your registered contact details.
We request customers to provide accurate shipping details.
Bubbles and Skins shall not be responsible for delays caused due to incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability or courier-related disruptions.

All prices are listed in INR and may be updated without prior notice.
